2. Description of Service

Pebbo is an AI-driven baby product scanner designed to help parents evaluate baby food and cosmetic products. The App analyzes product ingredients based on pediatric health guidelines and returns a detailed report with an overall product health score, including ingredient safety, allergen detection, toxicity assessment, and alignment with pediatric recommendations. Pebbo may also incorporate pre-scan baby information (such as known allergies and medical history) to provide a personalized evaluation.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Pebbo. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Subscription and Fees

• Subscription Model: Pebbo operates on a subscription basis. The App offers a free version with limited usage (e.g., 6 product scans per week) and a premium version available for $5.99 per week, which provides unlimited access and additional features.
• Payment: By subscribing to the premium service, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Changes to Pricing: We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees at any time. You will be notified of any changes before they take effect.

5. User Responsibilities

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the App, including any pre-scan baby information.
